CU Consulting was established in 2014 to help colleges and universities strengthen enrollment, maximize revenue, and build long-term sustainability through hands-on leadership and innovative solutions.
Founded by experienced higher education executives, we provide enrollment and financial aid expertise, Title IV compliance, advancement and fundraising strategy, interim leadership, and AI consulting designed specifically for today's institutional challenges. We serve public, private, and faith-based institutions.
