Founder/CEO
Todd Martin has enjoyed a long career in higher education.
Todd began his career in 1996 at Newman University in Wichita, KS, and quickly moved to a leadership position. He has served in higher education positions in Oklahoma, Florida and Missouri. He has a passion for streamlining processes, breaking down silos, and bringing gifted people together for a maximum outcome in all offices on campus. His work has led Enrolment Management, Financial Aid Offices, and a five-year $423 million successful fundraising campaign. (Goal was $150 million). After this career, he decided to pass on his knowledge to the next generation of leaders.

Vice President of Operation and Technical Support
In this leadership role, Stephen provides our consultants with strategic and operational planning, ongoing process improvement, and leadership and support. He oversees CU Consulting's core business operations, including Outsourced Processing, Consulting and Training, and Interim Staffing. Stephen’s unique skills and business acumen applies lean theory and practice to all our services. The tremendous value to clients includes fast and accurate delivery of outsourced processing functions as well as seamless deployment of Interim Staffing and Consulting engagements.
