Throughout his career, he has served in executive enrollment leadership roles at public and private institutions across the country, including Vice President, Vice Chancellor, Dean, and Cabinet-level positions.

Dr. Ebert has led enrollment transformations resulting in sustained enrollment growth, record-setting freshman classes, improved financial aid compliance, and enhanced recruitment effectiveness. His experience spans strategic enrollment planning, admissions operations, financial aid, marketing, student success, organizational development, and leadership coaching. A recipient of the Noel-Levitz Recruitment Excellence Award and frequent presenter at national enrollment conferences, he is known for helping institutions align strategy, people, and processes to achieve measurable results.
